Shipping information
Shipping and handling cost for each order is $6.00 for stateside mailing.
Please email for information on international shipping rates.

Print will be rolled and placed in a sturdy tube and shipped. Shipping in this manner provides more protection for the art work than if it is shipped flat. You will then be able to matt and frame the print to your specifications.
Please Note: PRINTS ARE SIZED TO FIT INTO A STANDARD FRAME. This will greatly reduce your framing cost.

In event of loss or damage during shipping
Nancy must be notified immediately if the item was received in damaged condition. You may phone Nancy at 770-487-5798 or email at nancymcconeghy@earthlink.net. This is to protect you, as the claim may be denied due to policy stipulations by the carrier. You must keep the shipment in the original container to be inspected by the carrier involved, whether it be UPS or the US Postal Service. The carrier will handle the return to Nancy, and the cost should not be yours.

Other returns
If for some reason you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return it with the following restrictions:

Return can only be made within two weeks of receipt, and only after you have notified Nancy of such return.
You must pay return shipping and handling, AS WELL AS ORIGINAL SHIPPING COST.
The print must be returned in perfect condition. Please remember to purchase insurance for returned item, as you will not be reimbursed for lost or damaged items.
